Chuck Ng

Chuck Ng, is a Partner and Principal of HRC and Senior Managing Director of Oakhurst Advisors, LLC, with over 30 active private funds and real estate debt and equity portfolios having a value in excess of $1.34 billion.

Prior to HRC and Mandalay, Mr. Ng spent 15 years as a senior executive at two private family offices where he helped develop their real estate strategies, managed their real estate portfolios and set up organizational and operational infrastructures. In such capacity, he was involved in acquisitions and dispositions of real property, real estate financing and lease negotiations.

Before pursuing his career in investment management, Mr. Ng was Tax Director at Falcon Communications, LP (now part of Charter Communications), Corporate VP at First Interstate Bancorp (now part of Wells Fargo and Company) and a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young. Mr. Ng received his B.A. in Economics/Business from University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and his Master’s in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.
