Dan is a licensed Commercial Real Estate professional with a passion for building meaningful relationships. Prior to transitioning into real estate, Dan spent 15 years in the entertainment industry, where he co-founded Wonderworks Creative, a boutique Los Angeles-based creative agency. In that role, Dan partnered with Fortune 500 clients to develop and produce highly engaging content and experiences.
Drawing on his extensive background in production management, resource coordination, and financial oversight, Dan brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to the world of Commercial Real Estate. His experience working with clients and managing complex projects has equipped him with the skills to navigate real estate transactions while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and value creation.
When Dan is not assisting with deals or interacting with clients, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, volunteering in his community, and pursuing his hobby's in health and fitness, golf, and travel. Dan’s diverse background and dedication to excellence make him a valuable partner ensuring our family of investor’s needs are not just met, but exceeded.
