Steven Levine
Managing Director / Investments
Steven Levine serves as Managing Director, Investments for Hyperion Realty Capital (HRC). Mr. Levine is responsible for the day-to-day execution of HRC’s investment strategy, including sourcing, identification and transaction execution of both investment opportunities and disposition of owned assets. Additionally, he oversees all financing and refinancing efforts.
Prior to joining HRC, Mr. Levine held senior positions at Sterling Organization and its related entities. Most recently, Mr. Levine served as Senior Vice President, Investments & Operations for Sterling Logistics Properties (SLP), a role in which he was responsible for the execution of both the investment strategy and the day-to-day operational performance of SLP. During his tenure at Sterling, Mr. Levine also served as Senior Vice President, Transaction Management. In such role, Mr. Levine managed the acquisition and disposition processes for the firm’s retail investments, negotiated purchase and sale agreements and other transaction-oriented documents, reviewed financial underwriting, and prepared/presented due diligence findings to the Investment Committee.
Mr. Levine started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in its Assurance practice and also worked for Ernst & Young (EY) in its Financial Services Office Advisory group in New York City. Mr. Levine graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management and received a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
